Supplementary workshop offer: From X-Tutorial to start-up: Develop, visualize and present business models
- Content: Innovative research can be the basis for groundbreaking entrepreneurial ideas. But how do you transform these ideas into successful start-ups? Researchers who want to take the step of starting a company need specific structuring and communication tools to turn their vision into reality. In this workshop we will show how business models can be developed and visualized using the Canvas Business Model both in groups and individually. This method, which comes from the design thinking approach, makes it possible to actively include the perspective of potential customers. This not only leads to the identification of relevant work packages and strategic steps but also provides a solid basis for presenting the business idea. The workshop supports convincing storytelling and deriving core messages for marketing. Bringing your own ideas from research work is an advantage, but not a requirement for participation.
