To facilitate the connection between research and teaching, a qualification program for lecturers was established within the StuROPx. The aim of this program is to prepare tutors well for the upcoming tasks as leader of an X-Tutorial.

The qualification program consists of preparatory workshops and semester-accompanying jour fixes for collegial consultation and reflection.

In addition, workshops on complementary topics are organized and offered for lecturers in StuROP^x.
