Students who wish to carry out an X-Tutorial must be enrolled, at the time of funding, at one of the four BUA partner institutions - Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin, Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Applications are open to BA and state examination students (from the 4th semester) as well as MA students (from the 1st semester). A current certificate of enrollment must be submitted if funding is approved.
It is also important that the students have a subject-specific supervisor who formulates an assessment on the feasibility of their research project (within the framework of a supervision agreement) and at the same time guarantees support during the course of the project.
