The project started with a status quo analysis of the ombudsperson system at the facilities of the Berlin University Alliance and a needs analysis among the ombudspersons of the four partner institutions. The overarching goal was to professionalize the ombudsperson system at the facilities of the Berlin University Alliance, in accordance with the policies of other science policy stakeholders (Research Ombudsman, DFG). Based on the results of this project, a possible follow-up concept will be designed.
