With the signing of the agreement, the BUA Collaboration Platform committed itself to create an action plan within one year, which describes how the commitments will be implemented. This action plan was approved by the board of the BUA Collaboration Platform in August 2024 and published on zenodo. On the one hand, the Action Plan is a living document, i.e. it can be adapted and updated. On the other hand, it serves as a basis for reporting on the progress made in implementing the reform efforts. The goal is to have gone through a cycle of review and refinement of the adapted assessment processes within five years of the signing of the agreement.
