It supports participants in moving efficiently and in a goal-oriented manner within complex management structures and in successfully shaping change processes.
Leadership certificate for junior professors and heads of junior research groups: Leadership has to be learned - which is why the Technical University offers a two-stage leadership certificate as part of the Berlin Leadership Academy.
Leadership-programme for female professors: The Leadership Program gives female professors at the Berlin University Alliance the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and expand their professional network.
Strengthening strengths - resource-oriented leadership: The flagship program "Strengthening Strengths - Resource-Oriented Leadership" enables participants to identify and harness their own and their team's resources together with high-ranking and internationally renowned trainers. Participants learn to use their own strengths to meet the challenges of everyday leadership and to tap into the strengths of their team members and incorporate them into their joint work in a meaningful way.
Berlin University Alliance – Berlin Leadership Academy: The Berlin Leadership Academy (BLA) is the joint institution for leadership development of the Berlin University Alliance: It coordinates leadership development in the alliance, expands it and develops it further in order to strengthen the excellence alliance as a whole. The BLA's offerings are aimed at academic and nonacademic leaders from all four alliance partners.
