Increasing the effectiveness of research is a fundamental goal of transdisciplinary The effectiveness of research is a fundamental goal of transdisciplinary research. To this end, non-scientific practitioners are involved in the research cycle from the very beginning and are continuously involved in decisions and the production of knowledge.
The webinar uses examples of transdisciplinary research projects to convey basic principles of transdisciplinary research as well as methodological approaches and provides practical tips for implementation with regard to the involvement of non-scientific actors in research.
The aim of the webinar is to give participants an overview of the transdisciplinary research mode. Participants will learn about the central opportunities and challenges of transdisciplinary research and receive literature references to deepen their knowledge of the topic. In a short exercise, participants will discuss who would be important practice partners for their own research.
The webinar is part of the series ”participatory research” of the TD-Lab Training Program. Participation in this singular webinar is possible.
The webinar will be offered in German.
The event is addressed to members of all status groups from the Berlin University Alliance partners. Guests from other institutions are welcome.
