The current call for Exploration Pilots for the Berlin University Alliance‘s third Grand Challenge ”Responsible Innovation in Times of Transformation” is open. Applications for transdisciplinary research projects can be submitted until April 29, 2024. But what is meant by transdisciplinarity?

The webinar is an offer from the TD-Lab of the Berlin University Alliance to get to know the basics of the transdisciplinary research mode. How can transdisciplinarity be distinguished from other participatory research approaches? What does an ideal-typical process look like and how can you combine knowledge about it with your own research ideas? How do you find practitioners to conduct research with? How do you find suitable methods for transdisciplinary research?

All these questions will be discussed in the webinar. In addition, there will be literature references for further in-depth study.

The webinar will also provide an initial insight into how the TD-Lab´s workshop series supports project development.
