Urban policy symposium of interdisciplinary student research
(re)searching urbanity is a symposium initiated by Berlin students from July 29 to 31 in Berlin, where we want to approach the research and problem field "city" from an intersectional, interdisciplinary and above all critical perspective. The aim of this meeting is to connect young researchers and those interested in urban policy, to bring current discourses out of the academic space and to make options for action tangible, so that Berlin can become a livable city for all. The projects, research results and ideas that have emerged in student-led tutorials of various orientations serve as inspiration - and now form the basis for lectures, discussion rounds, workshops or city walks that are to take place at the symposium.
If you feel like getting involved, if you've been waiting to share your research with others, or if you have an idea for a collaborative activity, send us an abstract of up to 300 words by June 15, 2022 to: re_searching.urbanity@mailbox.org so that we can get an idea of what you have in mind.
