Open Talk by the UnILiON network
The European Commission has recently launched the New European Bauhaus Initiative, a creative and interdiscplinary movement adressed to anyone who is interested to be part of it. It is about how to match sustainability with style, about how to make the Green Deal a positive, tangible experience for people. It aims at thinking "out of the box" and is therefore of natural interest to Universities.
"The New European Bauhaus initiative connects the European Green Deal to our living spaces. It calls on all Europeans to imagine and build together a sustainable and inclusive future that is beautiful for our eyes, minds, and souls".
But how in practice could European stakeholders take the opportunity to experiment new ideas and connect to each other? How can this initiative act as a bridge between the worlds of science and technology, of arts and culture ?
