Workshop at the Postdoc School in cooperation with the Berlin Leadership Academy 

Overview: Leadership skills are crucial for postdocs who are or will be leading research groups and projects. This workshop introduces key leadership concepts, helping participants manage teams, foster motivation, and navigate conflicts, all while advancing their professional growth in academia.

Goal: Equip postdocs with a foundational understanding of leadership principles and the ability to apply effective leadership behaviors in various academic contexts. The workshop combines scientific theories with practical examples and exercises.

Content: Participants will explore what makes leadership successful, learn to motivate others, and understand the best leadership practices based on research.

Target Audience: Postdocs with little or no leadership experience.

Collaboration: This workshop is offered in collaboration with the Berlin Leadership Academy and the Postdoc School of the Postdoc Academy.
