Goal: Participants will:

• Explore intuition and systemic biases
• Understand factors for making good decisions
• Reflect on personal values, strengths, and drivers
• Test tools like affect balance, microtheses, and NLP timeline
• Share and learn decision-making strategies in a collaborative marketplace

Content: The workshop uses models like the Zurich Resource Model, Johari Window, and OCEAN to explore personality and decision-making. Participants will engage in practical exercises and networking.
