The individual episodes give an insight into the day-to-day research of the postdocs and also contain elements of a classic portrait - what fascinates people in their field, what drives them, how do they see their future?

Spot ON Audio
is a podcast series in which we interview professors from Berlin's universities. The interviews are recorded in our in-house podcast booth and last about an hour. Each episode combines personal stories with insights into the individual path to professorship. The focus is less on the classic career paths and more on the decisive turning points and valuable tips for postdocs in their career planning.
